1. Expert, Reporting & Analyst (Continuous Improvement)
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze business performance, production effectivity & operation system of business units
- Lead process of reporting and consolidation
- Lead improvement projects to increase the process efficiency and effectiveness in the organization and project management/ improvement
- Establish and implement a lean and standardized business process for all organizations in the group in association with ERP system application implementation by conducting trainings, developing awareness, monitoring, and mentoring
- Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
- Work collaboratively to assist in design and implementation of analysis to answer challenging business questions
- Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
Job Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree
- Ability to perform process mapping, and familar with improvement frameworks (such as lean six sigma)
- Have experiences in Business Process Improvement/ Sales Analysis/ FMCG Industry
- Savvy in Power BI, data projection, process mapping
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, active English is a must. Plus point for Mandarin speaker
- Willing to be placed around Jakarta (Thamrin) area
2. Manager, Finance Analyst & Reporting
Job Responsibility :
- Prepare monthly financial analysis of Business Unit against budget and previous month
- Prepare sales analysis based on customer and customer group
- Review Capital Expenditure Proposal and Other Proposals
- Review Monthly Working Capital and prepare yearly PL and CF forecast
- Coordinate with other department and ensure accounting has properly support based on the function
- Other ad hoc activities
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, preferable from reputable university
- At least 7 years working experience in related field
- Having experience in Manufacturing company or from Audit Firm (KAP) who handle manufacturing clients is a must
- Have a good knowledge on Accounting and Finance
- Detail oriented and have good analytical skill
- Have the same experience in previous job
- Work Location: Thamrin, Jakarta
3. Head of Marketing
Job Description :
- Responsible for all marketing function, lead and manage marketing team.
- Design and implementing marketing strategies to improve and develop performance of our product market share, sales, and profit target.
- Ensuring that the brand, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers.
- Analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
- Transform marketing strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measuring and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Job Requirement :
- Bachelors/Master degree from reputable university
- Above 10 years experience in Marketing field FMCG industries, Sr. Managerial level
- Able to identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Able to communicate & discuss with Sales team about market condition
- Drive for results and leaderships skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Able to think creatively and innovatively
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
4. Management Trainee (Freshgraduates)
Job Description :
- Learn operation by completing rotation in office and area function
- Learn process by completing training program
- Shadow senior manager and team on a daily basis
- Prepare report and project for improvement
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in any major GPA 3,2 (out of 4 scale)
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Have experience 2 years in Sales Area or related is a plus
- Have a driving license (A or C)
- Possess high integrity, good analytical thinking, able to work both individually and teamwork, self driven and results oriented
- The position is for full-time position
- Willing to follow terms & condition of Management Trainee program
- Willing to be relocated to any APP’s location (Indonesia)
