Triputra Visi Energi adalah sebuah perusahaan sub-holding di bawah Grup Triputra, memiliki visi untuk berkontribusi terhadap Keberlanjutan Energi Bangsa untuk Masa Depan yang Lebih Baik. Lowongan Kerja Triputra Visi Energi.

Saat ini mengelola empat unit bisnis:

– Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM) : Bergerak di bidang perdagangan energi melalui kerjasama dengan ExxonMobil, mendistribusikan oli mesin mobil diesel ke Kalimantan dan wilayah timur lainnya.

– Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST): Menawarkan layanan bernilai tambah sebagai mitra solusi, menyesuaikan penawaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik dalam industri energi.

– Armada Bahtera Semesta (AbAs): Pemilik dan operator kapal, yang mengkhususkan diri dalam pengangkutan dan pengelolaan kargo cair di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara.

– ATW Solar Indonesia (ATW): Salah satu penyedia energi surya terkemuka yang memanfaatkan dan memaksimalkan energi surya untuk masyarakat yang lebih cerdas dan lingkungan yang lebih baik di Indonesia.

Saat ini Triputra Visi Energi membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Job Requirement:

  • Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Renewable energy enthusiast
  • Have a deep understanding in technical drawing and basic electrical
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work individually or in a team, and notQ afraid of heights
  • Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Have a spirit of leadership, discipline and responsibility

Job Description:

  • Coordinate on project planning, documentation, and execution of works on site
  • Communicate with the client and relevant local communities
  • Prepare design and drawing report
  • Manage project cash flow for accommodation purpose
  • Ensure all work is conducted in quality and efficient manner

2. PROJECT MANAGER

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from engineering, especially electrical, renewable energy, etc with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Renewable energy enthusiast
  • Minimum 4 years experience in power plant construction project management.
  • Excellence priority management & leadership skill.
  • Good communication and digital application skill.

Job Description:

  • Manage team to achieve targets in Solar Power Plant Construction Project on time & budget.
  • Coordinate with internal & external party to ensure project realization.
  • Ensure project documentation completion using tools provided.
  • Create project progress & completion report for management, client, and related party.
  • Analyse and create risk management strategy to mitigate project risk.

3. HSE OFFICER

Job Requirement:

  • Have a minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health/ Environmental/Public Health or related major
  • Renewable energy enthusiast
  • Have Certificate of Safety Expert (K3 Umum) will be preferred
  • Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work from office as well as from project site

Job Description:

  • Manage and implement K3 program and procedure in project area
  • Evaluate and monitor working area to determine potential hazards and take appropriate action to correct any kind of hazards
  • Create and socialize job analysis, HSE Plan, HIRA in the project area
  • Recommend policy changes to better protect employees and the environment.

4. STRATEGIC MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in management/marketing/business/communication/or related with minimal GPA 3.00/4.00
  • Minimum 1 year experience in this position or related
  • Good understanding of marketing, in B2B company preferred
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Power point & Excel) is a must
  • Strong analytics, planning and execution skill
  • Good communication skill

5. TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from Naval Architecture or related
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in shipping industry
  • Familiarity with maritime health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our crew and the protection of the environment. 
  • Strong leadership and able to work in a cross-functional team
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and goal oriented

Job Description:

  • Monitor vessel operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and optimal performance during cargo operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of our fleet, identifying any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with port agents to coordinate port operations efficiently and minimize delays

6. PROJECT SPECIALIST

Job Requirement:

  • Have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/Petroleum Engineering, or related major
  • Have a minimum 3 years working in related field
  • Have experience in managing fuel terminals, including both shore tanks and floating storage
  • Strong in Project managing

Job Description:

  • Analyse every business or project opportunities and deliver insights from financial and commercial perspective
  • Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Support financial decision with data and insight
  • Provide finance and business support to commercial, operational and sales staffs
  • Conduct financial research, review financial statements, and provide information for review and analysis to management

7. ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting or Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, tax, and management principles
  • Proficiency in using Oracle Netsuite and Ms. Office
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amount of data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have Brevet Tax AB is a plus

Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department such as AP, AR Inventory, and Fixed Asset
  • Ensure that month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits and reconciliations
  • Deliver assessment on daily company transactions based on accounting point of view
  • Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly
  • Support accounting & finance related ad-hoc analysis for internal and external use

8. IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Requirement:

  • Have a bachelor degree in business/IT or related from reputable university with min GPA 3.30
  • Have experience in project management
  • Result-oriented with strong global business acumen
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent speaking in English is a must (Additional language is a plus)

Job Description:

  • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and business goals of project
  • Recommend and assist user to get the most appropriate flows and integration with IT system
  • Discuss with related IT Team and external vendor to obtain best solution within the agreed time and quality

9. LEGAL SPECIALIST

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Law with 3 years experience in related field
  • Experience in legal field, especially in corporate law, mining, solar panels, renewable energy, mergers & acquisition.
  • Have the ability to draft agreements or legal documents
  • Strong analytical and communication skill

Job Description:

  • Draft and review draft agreements, amendments/addendums, tender document, or legal documents
  • Provide legal advice for important issues faced by the company
  • Conduct research on regulations related to company business
  • Collaborate with business units and governments relations/external relations to ensure compliance with the company’s compliance aspects
  • Collaborate with other Legal teams in creating Legal database
  • Coordinate with third parties (notaries, legal advisers) if necessary
