PT Cipta Megaswara Televisi (KOMPAS TV) atau Kompas TV salah satu televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia yang berdiri sejak November 2011 dan berfokus kepada televisi berita. Kompas TV dimiliki oleh KG Media yang merupakan anak usaha dari Kompas Gramedia. Nama Kompas TV sendiri diambil dari media cetak yang dimiliki oleh Kompas Gramedia,yaitu Harian Kompas. Sebelum Kompas TV berdiri, Kompas Gramedia sebelumnya sudah mendirikan stasiun televisi Bernama TV7 pada tahun 2001. Lalu pada tahun 2006 kepemilikan saham TV7 dibeli oleh Trans Corp dibawah naungan Chairul Tanjung dan berganti nama menjadi Trans 7. Kurang berhasilnya Kompas Gramedia tidak menyurutkan semangat Kompas Gramedia untuk Kembali dalam industri penyiaran televisi.
Sejak tahun 2017 stasiun televisi local dari Kompas TV terus berkembang dan merabah ke beberapa kota. Ada sekitar 30 lebih stasiun televisi local yang sudah merambah daerah yang jauh dari kota besar. Hingga saat ini Kompas TV selalu berinovasi menampilkan tayangan terbaik dengan menggunakan Kompas TV High Definition (HD) yang dapat dinikmati bagi konsumen pengguna TV Digital. Selain itu Kompas TV juga memiliki beberapa platform media yang memudahkan penonton untuk melakukan Live Streaming program yang sedang tayang seperti K Vision, TransVision, Firstmedia, Transvision, Big TV, Max3, Orange TV,Kompas.TV dan melalui kanal sosial media Youtube Kompas TV.

1. Accounting Officer
Job Description :
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure that month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
- Compile and analyze financial information to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits and reconciliations
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Candidate must own bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the media or entertainment industry
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles– attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Willing to start work as soon as possible
2. Sales Brand & Digital Planner
Job Description :
- Boosting ads KPIs deal
- Recap data inventory, revenue digital and package deal FTA & Digital
- Monitoring & responsible to maintenance KPIs client
- Submit & monitoring budget adds digital based on request other team (finance / news)
- Monitoring manual campaign brand on digital platform competitor
- Working closely with sales team and collaborate with across team
- Create package digital & media schedule CPRP guarantee
- Update media plan CPRP monthly (TVR & program)
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Management or related field
- A minimum of 1 year working experience as Strategic Planner / Digital Planner in media industry is required for this position
- Good knowledge of the digital fields
- Strong experiences as planner and analytical skills in methodology and research design
- Excellent structural thinking, strong data analytical and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and results-driven environment
- Advanced working with Microsoft Excel and Google Analytic
- Hands-on experience with Arianna Nielsen
3. Brand Integration Officer
Job Description :
- Coordinate with production teams to integrate client’s benefit/messages into television shows, segments, or advertisements.
- Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their brand vision is accurately represented.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs.
- Manage brand integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all integrations comply with network standards and guidelines.
- Track and report on the performance of brand integrations, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand integration, product placement, or related roles within the television or entertainment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and media production processes.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.

4. IT Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description :
- Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi perangkat keras jaringan komputer lokal (LAN) dan perangkat terhubung lainnya (PC, peripheral dan server agar sistem dan aplikasi komputer dapat dijalankan oleh user).
- Melakukan LAN Performance monitoring secara rutin dan membuat hasil monitoring secara tertulis untuk merekomendasikan gejala permasalahan yang ditemukan.
- Mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada desktop dan laptop user yang berhubungan dengan LAN dan melakukan perbaikan pada perangkat keras LAN sesuai SOP.
- Melakukan pelaporan setiap perubahan lokasi dan inventaris LAN
Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimal pendidikan S1 dengan jurusan Teknologi Informasi, Ilmu Komputer dan jurusan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang serupa (di industri media diutamakan)
- Menguasai pengetahuan di bidang software, hardware, server, LAN & WAN
- Menguasai teknologi dan permasalahan mencakup: Data & Voice Network, Distributed Network Management, LAN Planning & Troubleshooting, Internet Management, Remote Access & Cabling
5. Youtube Analyst
Job Description :
- Operating VMIX for live streaming breaking news on digital platform KompasTV
- Optimizing and monetizing content on YouTube KompasTV
- Develop and implement YouTube strategies to expand our digital reach.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags to enhance searchability and maximize viewer engagement.
- Analyze YouTube analytics and prepare regular reports to measure performance, identify opportunities, and suggest improvements.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, IT or a related field
- Proven experience as a YouTube Specialist or similar role within the TV media industry (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- In-depth understanding of YouTube studio, YouTube analytics, and best practices for content optimization
- Familiarity with VMIX, Zoom and other live streaming tools
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive and creative work culture.
- Willing to work in shifting hours
