Saat ini PT Fashion Eservices Indonesia (Zalora) saat ini sedang membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Head of Accessories Category
- Identify potential suppliers and convince them to sell their products through our website
- Identify categories accessories (watches, bags, shoes) that need further improvement in assortment and source relevant SKUs for the category
- Negotiate trading margins with potential suppliers on consignment terms
- Regularly meet key suppliers and provide updates regarding sales performance and required assortment
- Liaise with supplier through email and phone on sales performance and ensure regular inbound of new items
- Manage a team of Category Managers and Account Managers.
- With planner, monitor and take accountability of weekly sales and profit and responding to the product performances with effective merchandise strategies.
- Work with suppliers on discounting and returning aging stock
- Proactively conduct competitor analysis to ensure a competitive advantage
- Proactively recommend initiatives to continuously improve product range
- Provide buying team with relevant fashion events and latest fashion trends
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with economics, finance, business, marketing background
- Minimum 8 year(s) of working experience in managing consignment & direct purchase both online and offline
- Fluent English & Bahasa skills required
- Previous experience in executing, negotiating and closing supplier deals with major retailers, whether for a small player or a major distributor in the market

- A well developed eye for spotting winners and identifying product opportunities

2. Associate Manager HSSE
- Design and direct Company safety, health & Security programs
- Perform incident root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
- Conduct Risks Assessment on Warehouse, Hubs and Head Office
- Ensure compliance with all environmental. Health, safety, and security regulations
- Respond to and manage accidents, safety violations and environmental incidents and violations
- Conducts inspections and handles emergency situations related to HSSE
- Manages the Emergency or Fire drill
- Create a design training program for Safety
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct needs assessments and performance reviews.
- Manage leadership / employee development.
- Always being accessible to staff and providing honest and open feedback on their performance and team direction.
- Ensure and keep the 5S principle running in the areas of Warehouse and Logistics
- A university graduate, minimum 4-5 years’ experience on retail industry or warehouse management environment is preferred
- Experience in supervising staff and an understanding of obligations that leaders have to providing a safe, friendly and high performing work environment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
- Good in English both in written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill as well
- High level of commitment & dedication
- Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results, experience in running projects on his own
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant local and international standards
- Work locations in Warehouse Bekasi (Logos Metrolink Hub) and Hubs
- Having “Ahli K3 Umum” certificate
- Had an experience in first aider & fire warden training
- Understand about emergency response preparedness
3. Associate Manager Tax
- To prepare & review tax reconciliation on Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss report.
- Review and approve Monthly Tax Returns (articles 21, 23/26, 4(2), and VAT).
- Supervise and ensure accurate and timely tax payment and tax filing.
- To review DGT forms from foreign suppliers/vendors up to the creation of E-SKD in DJP Online.
- To prepare and review Corporate Income Tax returns and other things related to this report like fiscal reconciliation, Debt to Equity Ratio, Nominative List of Promotion, etc.
- Liaise with a tax consultant in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation.
- Liaise with a tax consultant in advising the management on tax implications of various projects and deals.
- Manage the company tax dispute with the DGT.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Initiate and participate in various finance simplification projects to make business processes more effective and efficient.
- Finance, Accounting, or Tax Degree.
- 4+ years of experience in the tax environment.
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting & tax compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of tax applications and Familiar with SAP
- Strong in technical knowledge, Analytical skills, and detail orientation.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to provide recommendations.
- Hands-on personality, team player, and continuously seeking improvements.
4. Software Engineer
- Design and build high performance, scalable and testable components for our platforms.
- Lead the development of new features, delivering to our standard on time.
- Investigate cutting edge technologies to improve site reliability, developer experience, customer experience, and raw performance.
- Think outside the day-to-day and propose ways to elevate the art of e-commerce engineering.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience with high-traffic distributed systems and client-server architectures.
- Solid computer science fundamentals (theory, data structures, algorithms, design patterns).
- Proven experience in Go programming
- Strong hands on experience in RESTful/SOAP Web Services/GRPC/OpenAPI
- Hands on experience in cloud technologies, micro-service architecture, development and deployment.
- Containerization and orchestration technologies(Docker & Kubernetes)
- Strong debugging skills
- Experience in writing unit test cases
- Made some contributions to the design or architecture of one or more projects.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience of message broker tools, web services (AWS, GCP, Azure or any cloud service providers)
