2. Creator Strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring local ecommerce content ecosystem, collaborate with data team to improve the quality and performance of in-app content, give feedback / guidelines to user operations to acquire right content needed in the ecosystem. Conceive and develop timely content initiatives in order to drive meaningful change within the ecosystem and capture novel opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (central team, user growth, Marketing) to drive the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns and activations from local content perspectives
  • Deep understanding of content market and eCommerce in Indonesia, familiar with most recent trending topics & content consumed by tar targeted audience
  • Responsible for daily social media and content promotion works, help set up social media appearance for TikTok e commerce business.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-5 years working experience in eCommerce,digital content,product strategy

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce’s Indonesia FMCG operations
  • Combine business analytics, data mining and data visualization, to help the organization make more data-driven decisions
  • Monitor and improve business operations metrics; assist top management to monitor regular category performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Build dashboards to give visibility on the OKR achievements and operational performance
  • Provide business insights and trend analysis to improve merchant acquisition and growth, operational efficiency, creator performance and others
  • Cooperate with the strategy team, category teams and other cross-functional teams to build forward-looking strategy; advise on OKR-setting such as GMV, order fulfillment rates, content supply
  • Capable of end-to-end managing reports and dashboards, while also responding to ad-hoc data needs of the organization
  • Provide data support to project managers and category teams working on different initiatives

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or related fields
  • Bachelor degree in quantitative areas (engineering, mathematics, finance, economics)
  • Preferably previous working experience in tech company or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical and data processing skills; capability to work with SQL is preferred
  • Experience in implementing analytical insights and solving business problems by analytical methods (e.g modelling, visualization, graph analysis)

  • Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products;

  • Help business growth through product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis; Understand e-commerce or live broadcast field is a plus.
  • Implement and manage important merchant strategies

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce relevant experience
  • Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
