Technician Development Program 2024
- The Technician Development Program (TDP) is specifically designed to develop young enthusiastic and talented technicians in the field of istrumentation, control valves, and process control, providing intensive training and hands-on practice, and building the skills necessary to become sucessful technicians
- We need to convey that this program does not incur any charges. Please ensure that you are aware of this
General Requirements :
- Fresh graduates or Maximum 2 years of working experiences
- SMK graduates majoring in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, GPA minimum 80
- D3/S1 graduates majoring in Electronic Engineering, Physics Engineering, with GPA minimum 2.80 scale 4.00
- Good interpersonal skills
- Physically and mentally fit
- Proficient in English (Minimum Passive)
Timeline :
- Self-Assessment & Document Submission : 04 – 24 April 2024
- Data Screening : 04 – 30 April 2024
- Psychological Test, Intelligence Test & English Proficiency Test : 01 – 31 May 2024
- Online Interview : 15 May – 15 June 2024
- Medical Check-Up : 16 – 30 June 2024
- Final Interview : 16 – 30 June 2024
- Start Program : 01 July 2024
